Eaglemont, a Venue for your Wedding

Wedding Event Hire - Eaglemont.
Event hire fees include use of the property as a venue for up to 6 hours. 
Guests are free to select the 6 hour period that suits their needs best and advise upon booking.
Non-accommodation guests are able to attend the property during event hours. 
Music and Outdoor noise must cease by 10pm.
Guests are responsible for cost or supply of one(1) outdoor portable toilet/amenity unit for every 30 guests - eg 50 Guests would require 2 units, 100 Guests would require 4 Units. -please ask if you would like for us to arrange this for you. 
The house must remain closed to additional guests during your event hours
There is a Maximum capacity limit of 150 Guests 

We can coordinate or arrange your portable bathrooms, music/jukebox, marquee hire, catering, cold storage  and mobile caravan drinks/bar - please ask us about what we can arrange for you

Up to 10 Guests from $3800 for 2 nights, 11th+ guests from 105 per person per night. Please discuss with us your dates for your accommodation rates.

Event Security Deposit 

A refundable security deposit of $2000 is payable 14 days before the event. This fee covers any loss or damage to the property and the grounds and ensure the estate is presented back in the same condition as it was prior to the event and booking. 
Security deposit can be paid via Credit Card or Bank Transfer. 
*A 3% Transaction fee on security deposit is non-refundable.

Other Important information

RSA & the supply of Alcohol - We highly recommend that guests and the event organiser contact the VGCCC for current requirements and permits regarding the supply of alcohol when hiring a venue.  While there may be local Daylesford based event catering suppliers who can arrange the supply and provision of alcohol, The hiring guests is responsible to ensure that all responsible service of alcohol and licensing requirements relevant to the nature of the event are followed. 

Noise & Curfew - a 10pm Noise Curfew is in place to ensure the comfort of neightbours and ensure that Eaglemont can continue to offer guests and attendees a wonderful spa country wedding and celebration experience. 

Security - Please discuss your event agenda and guests numbers so that we can provide further information about the requirement for security.

Smoking - Smoking is not permitted on the property or 50meters from the entrance of any doorways or windows. 

Pets and Animals - are not permitted on the property.  The owners and management at Eaglemont are commitment to ensuring the safety of native wildlife and guests.  

Children - Children must be supervised by a responsible adult during events and also outside.  Please let us know if children under 7yrs will be attending with your group so that the property and outdoors areas can be made more child friendly.

Dam - the property has a body of water that is unfenced, guests must ensure that their party and attendees act responsibly and that children or those who may not be strong swimmers be supervised while outside and near the dam. 

Fireworks - guests must seek written approval from the venue at least 35 days prior to arrival and show permits for use of fireworks.
